TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE
Machine tools require special maintenance to remain at their highest level of performance and safety. I offer you the full extent of my know-how in the field and intervene for the troubleshooting of the various systems of your machine (electrical, mechanical, automation etc.).
I can also offer you my services if you need a professional who is qualified in intervention on numeric controls in all brands (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Num, Mazatrol and others).
I am proficient in carrying out preventive maintenance and can develop, in partnership with you, a level 1 or 2 maintenance plan.
Having a Heidenhain measuring systems test device, as well as a Kelch pull back force checking gauge for different types of spindle taper, I can perform reliable diagnostics on a range of items.
GEOMETRY
A machine tool cannot function properly if its geometry is distorted. On the strength of this principle, I offer the complete geometry refurbishment of your machine with a comprehensive report.
Geometry settings are carried out using an Easy laser E940 system, an Optifive automatic pivot point adjustment system, a Renishaw ballbar and various control chucks and marbles.
All of these systems allow reliable and high-quality work.

I supply original or compatible spare parts of all types in order to provide you with a rapid solution.
